Abstract

This review article is dedicated to discussion of systemic factors, related to immune system functioning, including antitumor activity. Diet, systemic inflammation, microbiome are the elements of systemic homeostasis that closely interact with tumor microenvironment and thus influence the activity of immunocompetent cells.
