Our work seeks to analyze this problem in the case of Argentina and particularly the case of health litigation in the Province of Buenos Aires. Abstract
Most of the literature about right-to-health litigation in Latin America understands that both actors and objects of the litigation are representative of middle and upper classes, while vulnerable population fall outside the litigant universe.
