This condition can be caused by employees' lack of motivation and creativity. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the extent to which employee creativity acts as an intermediary variable for employee motivation and performance variables. This study uses a quantitative method and a correlational design. The data collection technique is to use a purposive sample. The instrument used was a questionnaire that was distributed through Google Forms. This research was conducted on 73 employees at PT. Global Solutions Science. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a moderate effect on performance, work motivation has a substantial effect on employee creativity, employee creativity has a moderate effect on performance, and motivation has a moderate effect through employee creativity on performance. This study concludes that strengthening employee creativity must be balanced with employee motivation to achieve optimal performance. 员工的最佳绩效是每个公司的希望;事实上,员工的绩效仍有待提高。这种情况可能是由于员工缺乏动力和创造力造成的。因此,本研究旨在确定员工创造力在多大程度上作为员工动机和绩效变量的中介变量。本研究采用定量方法和相关设计。数据收集技术是使用有目的的样本。所使用的工具是一份通过谷歌表格分发的问卷。这项研究是对PT. Global Solutions Science公司的73名员工进行的。本研究使用的数据分析技术是结构方程模型(SEM),并使用SmartPLS进行分析。本研究结果表明,工作动机对绩效有中等影响,工作动机对员工创造力有实质性影响,员工创造力对绩效有中等影响,激励通过员工创造力对绩效有中等影响。本研究的结论是,加强员工创造力必须与员工激励相平衡,以达到最佳绩效。关键词:员工创造力,员工绩效,激励
