The flow rate was 1ml/min and linearity range was established at 525 μg/ml. Conclusion: Degradation studies disclose method abilities on various stress conditions. Forced degradation results can be used for the development of stable dosage form and for the designing of proper storage requirement. Abstract

Introduction: Aztreonam belongs to the monobactam class of antibiotic used to treat infectious diseases produced by gram-negative bacteria.
