The first paper in this session presents a broadband hybrid-coupler circulator for full-duplex operation. The following two papers demonstrate mm-wave antenna and power amplifier co-integration to increase efficiency and reduce cost. Next, we have three papers that advance power-amplifier architectures for 5G and NB-IoT applications. The three papers towards the end of this session demonstrate techniques for high-linearity receivers.
