Result: Compared with the control group, patients in the observation group had a higher treatment efficiency, higher H. pylori eradication rate, lower incidence of adverse effects, and shorter length of stay with statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, adding Xianlu Pazhu Wan into the basic medication plan can have a better treatment efficiency, reduce the incidence of adverse effects, and shorten the length of stay. Therefore, Xianlu Pazhu Wan should be promoted in the practice. Abstract

慢性萎缩性胃炎临床治疗的探讨

目的:探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗效果方法:选取2017年10月~ 2018年11月我院收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者70例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组35例。对照组口服促胃动力药物标准三联疗法。观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予仙露排珠丸治疗。比较两组治疗效果、幽门螺杆菌根除率、不良反应发生率及住院时间。结果:与对照组比较，观察组患者治疗效率更高，幽门螺杆菌根除率更高，不良反应发生率更低，住院时间更短，差异均有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。结论:在慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床治疗中，在基本用药方案中加入仙露排痰丸可获得更好的治疗效果，减少不良反应的发生，缩短住院时间。因此，在实践中应大力推广仙庐排箫丸。
