The methodology is including analyzing the photographs of beam propagation and based on the combining the linear and square interpolations. With using proposed interpolation the parameters of current density distribution at the plane, sloped to the beam axis, are defined. Abstract
The simple methodology of interpolation of focal parameters of electron beams, propagated in the soft vacuum, is considered in the article. The methodology is including analyzing the photographs of beam propagation and based on the combining the linear and square interpolations. With using proposed interpolation the parameters of current density distribution at the plane, sloped to the beam axis, are defined. Obtained results can be used for optimizing the technological process of heat treating of different metallic items with using electron beams.
