Abstract
Many NHS finance staff have said that they feel they are not valued by clinicians, and many think that non-finance colleagues are lacking in financial literacy, a survey has found.
In a survey of 500 NHS finance staff in England, 46% said that they felt valued by clinicians in their organisation. This compared with 48% who felt valued by their boards and 78% who felt valued by their line managers.
