A correlational and descriptive methodology was developed, with a transactional and non-experimental field scheme. The population nucleus consisted of four (4) managers, fifteen (15) teachers and seventy-nine (79) students. The survey was applied as a tool and three closed questionnaires, with a Lickert type scale version, were designed as instruments and were composed of 51 items. The results allowed to determine that the studied variables: organizational climate and academic performance within the university selected for the study are closely linked, coinciding in some aspects between teachers, students and managers and differing in others. Abstract

The research was oriented to identify the relationship between the academic performance of students in the area of psychology in a public university of Colombia and organizational climate. A correlational and descriptive methodology was developed, with a transactional and non-experimental field scheme. The population nucleus consisted of four (4) managers, fifteen (15) teachers and seventy-nine (79) students.
