They were divided into two groups, a control group of 23 subjects and an experimental group of 25 subjects. The participants had to have a minimum experience of 2 years of participating in competitions at a national level. The physical tests that have been used to measure their performances were: added steps, the Spider test, Illinois agility test and T-test. The statistical program used for analyzing the data was the program named SPSS version 24. To verify the obtained results, several statistical tests have been used, such as T-Test for independent samples, Pearson correlation and paired t-test.
