Abstract

Bronchial asthma is a chronical lung disease, involving people of all age groups. Thus, the problem of development and practical realization of new diagnostic methods and devices that can be used for people of all age groups and especially for young children is actual. In this paper the construction of the device for non-invasive diagnosis of bronchopulmonary diseases and detection of the localization of the changes in the bronchovascular system based on investigation on the properties of high frequency radiation propagation through patient chest is proposed. The results of experimental investigation on high-frequency signal propagation through the model of a human chest under the condition of inclusion of an different types of inhomogeneities — metal disk and ball with 0.9% NaCl solution, simulating the presence of disease, are presented.
