The antenna element consists of four sequentially rotated patches fed by a high-order mode cavity to reduce the dielectric loss in the feeding network. Right-hand circular polarization(RHCP) and left-hand circular polarization(LHCP) are achieved by adopting a coupler and a phase shifter between the two input ports. Abstract
