Out of 146 families of Uttarsanda village, approximately 61% of families spend their total income for medications and healthcare and 37% families were found not to spend income on healthcare even though diseases were present. More prevalent diseases identified for spending monthly family income were hypertension, congestive heart failure, diabetes mellitus, and hyperlipidaemia. Abstract
