The author’s model contributes to the improvement of the provision of educational services. Abstract

The study's relevance is due to the need to improve management activities in the system of pre-higher education. Based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical research, the article reveals the essence and advantages of the acmeological approach to the organization of the educational process in the medical college as in an institution of professional pre-higher education.
