Organizational climate and its impact on the employees’ job satisfaction in the agricultural extension organization of the Governorates of Menoufia and Beheira

Abstract

: This study aimed basically at identifying the current status of organizational climate of agricultural extension organization in both Menoufiya and Beheira governorates, and determining the impact of the organizational climate elements)the organizational structure, leadership style, participation in decision-making, communication style, the nature of work, technology, and organizational conflict( on employees’ job satisfaction of the agricultural extension organization in the governorates of Menoufiya and Beheira. Data were collected from a random sample of 180 respondent, through personal interviews with respondents. Data were analyzed descriptively and analytically by using frequencies, percentages, range, mean, standard deviation, reliability estimate, t-test, f-test, One-Way Anova, Eta Squared, Pearson’s r correlation coefficient, and the multiple regression )step-wise( analysis.
