The use of modern management systems in higher education as a way to bring the university out of stagnation

Abstract

The article analyzes the management system of an educational institution, on the basis of which an assessment is made of the use of modern management systems of a higher educational institution. The purpose of the study is to develop project management tools in educational institutions. stage-by-stage adaptation of the strategic management mechanism. Scientific novelty lies in the theoretical and practical substantiation of project management, based on the developed methodological approaches in building a strategic management system adapted for higher professional education. The developed methodological recommendations of project management will allow to form the foundations of an innovative organization in the strategic management system of the university. The reasoned conclusions obtained as a result of the study, as well as methodological recommendations, can be used by Russian educational institutions to introduce new forms of strategic management for project technologies.
