Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain the key factors contributing on successful implementation of total quality management in Al-Hikmah Primary School of Surabaya. The sustainability of total quality management in Al-Hikmah Elementary School is proven by the increasing number of students’ enrolment which exceeded the fixed quota; the high level of teachers and students achievement; as well as the big number of competitive graduates. 本研究旨在分析并解释泗水市Al-Hikmah小学成功实施全面质量管理的关键因素。Al-Hikmah小学全面质量管理的可持续性通过学生入学人数超过固定配额的增加得到了证明;教师和学生成绩水平高;以及大量有竞争力的毕业生。本研究采用定性描述的方法,发现全面质量管理的成功实施高度依赖于学校自上而下的领导体系、利益相关者之间的有效沟通、对学生的适当奖励和惩罚以及对教育质量管理的持续内部和外部评估。
