The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the four grades of heart function and satisfaction of nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: In elderly patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction, evidence-based nursing intervention was adopted. The patient's health has been greatly improved and the doctor-patient relationship has been significantly improved. 循证护理在老年急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者中的应用

目的:探讨循证护理干预对老年急性心肌梗死后心律失常的影响。方法:选取2016年2月至2017年3月我院收治的老年急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者146例为研究对象。按随机数字法将患者分为对照组(73例，采用传统护理)和观察组(73例，采用循证护理干预)。比较两组患者的临床疗效及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者住院时间、平均卧床时间、住院费用、心律失常并发症发生率均显著低于对照组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后，观察组患者心功能四级及护理满意度均显著高于对照组。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者应采取循证护理干预。患者的健康状况得到了极大的改善，医患关系得到了显著改善。这种方法值得推广。
