The method depended on the UV spectrum at the wavelength of (499 nm) and the correlation coefficient of (R 2 = 0.9826). The results showed that the method has a good accuracy as (Rec% = 98.925), detection limit (0.408) and quantitative limit (1.361). The linearity range was 2-80 µg/mL. : Trifluoperazine hydrochloride (TFPH) is widely used in the treatment of some diseases such as hysteria, vomiting and schizophrenia.
