Methods: Isolation was carried out using fractionation and chromatography, while antibacterial activity test was performed using the disc diffusion methods. Results: Our phytochemical screening shows that the ethanol extract has a high concentration of alkaloid compounds. The alkaloid which contain in isolate (F4) is further confirmed through UV-Vis Spectra and FT-IR spectra. The ethanol extract exhibits the antibacterial activity against S. aureus and E. coli with the inhibition zone of 1.5 mm and 2.5 mm, respectively. Conclusion: Alkaloid compound has been isolated from Sonneratia alba and has potential as antibacterial agent. 红树根乙醇提取物生物碱化合物的分离及抑菌活性研究
背景:研究红树林植物的化学成分和生物活性对发现新的治疗药物和开发其药用价值具有重要意义。目的:从白海桑根乙醇提取物中分离可能具有抗菌活性的生物碱类化合物。方法:采用分馏法和色谱法进行分离,采用圆盘扩散法进行抗菌活性试验。结果:植物化学筛选表明乙醇提取物中含有高浓度的生物碱类化合物。通过紫外可见光谱和红外光谱进一步证实了分离物(F4)中所含的生物碱。乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌范围分别为1.5 mm和2.5 mm。结论:从海桑中分离得到生物碱类化合物,具有潜在的抗菌作用。关键词:红树海桑;生物碱;抗菌剂
