Abstract

The power systems are facing various challenges due to the rapid changes in demand, production / storage technologies and network architectures. The paper aims to introduce general features of an integrated business platform for the management of distributed energy resources. The platform can be used to provide services and exchange information among the utilizers. The main features of distributed resources, the foresee business for aggregators and the information exchange requirements are described.
