Abstract

Reusable design is adopted for the re-entry module of the new generation of manned spacecraft, and the thermal protection structure is designed in blocks, which is installed on the metal structure as an independent thermal protection shell. During the general assembly, the thermal protection structure has to be installed or disassembled to meet the requirements of corresponding test verification and launch tasks. In this paper, through analysis of the design state of the thermal protection structure, and combined with its installation requirements and characteristics, the installation scheme of the thermal protection structure with the help of the mechanical arm is formulated, and the installation process is simulated to meet the implementation requirements of the general assembly.
新一代载人飞船可拆卸热防护结构总装技术研究
