Abstract

Recently, Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (NCP) was firstly reported and identified in Wuhan City, Hubei province, China. Therefore, it is valuable to establish an efficient and accurate virus detection strategy. Although the examination of viral nucleic acid maybe the gold standard for diagnosing NCP, there are still many problems in related research. Therefore, utilizing the latest research technologies in the fields of molecular biology, cell biology, immunology to detect the virus in different types of clinical specimens, supplemented by information such as medical imaging (CT), can help achieve early detection, isolation or treatment of patients and finally through the current crisis. 2019年新型冠状病毒生物学特性及临床标本采集策略
