The produced pressed wood was evaluated taking into consideration physical properties (Density, thickness swelling and water absorption), mechanical properties (Modulus of elasticity, modulus of rupture, and internal bond strength) and final product quality. The obtained data reveal that the produced pressed wood quality were meeting the required physical and mechanical properties as stated in the standard quality guidelines under conditions of 5 MPa pressing pressure and 15 min.. pressing time with the use of urea formaldehyde resin. Abstract
