Furthermore, since control by the tweeted command can also be performed, a guardian who is present in a remote place can obtain a location and a picture in real time via twitter. Abstract

In recent years, the importance of tracking system for children or elderly people is increasing by reduction of a household number of persons, and dilution of the human relations in a community.
