Repositioning business education for employment and self employment through content pedagogy and constructive alignment of learning outcomes

Abstract

It is high time that the commerce education be construed on the basis of knowledge, skill and ethical components. Through this it is possible for the learner to acquire core competencies, develop an attitudinal change and the elementary managerial skills to handle real life situations.
