This paper outlines the relevant characteristics and applications of the BP neural network, and conducts the transfer information service platform experimental research. Through the relevant characteristics of the BP neural network, the improvement of the BP algorithm, and the four operating data of the transfer information service platform information display, information management, and information retrieval, the information display and information retrieval of the transfer information service platform are designed. 基于BP神经网络的国际科技成果转移信息服务平台构建
