Entero-osseous Fistula: A Complication of Pelvic Exenteration

Abstract

Long-term complications are frequent in patients with cervical cancer treated by exenteration and radiotherapy. We present a patient who developed an untreatable entero-osseous fistula 18 years after therapy and review the delayed complications of pelvic exenteration.
