Collegiality: A Roundtable

Abstract

To supplement the essays included in this section 0/Profession, Heather Dubrow invited a group of academics to meet during the 2005 MLA convention to discuss collegiality. The participants, who were chosen to represent a range of fields and types of institutions, wrote preliminary statements that were circulated in the group before the meeting and held an informal session before their formal discussion. Some of the questions raised dur ing the discussion arose from the statements or from the informal session.
