However, it is important to keep in mind that none of these methods is perfect and can be misleading at times. With that being said, it is important to understand how and when to use each method in order to get the most out of them. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are quantifiable measures that gauge a company's performance against a set of targets, objectives, or industry. Key Results Indicators (KRIs) measure the actions and events leading to a result. while Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) are used to measure progress towards goals. Key Incorporated Results (KIRs) are a combination of KPIs, KRIs, and OKRs that provide an overall view of performance.
