(R) DJSecond Additional Financing for the Rural Community Development and Water Mobilization Project (PRODERMO): The objective of the Project is to increase access of rural communities to water and enhance their capacity to manage water and agro-pastoral resources in the project areas using a participatory approach to community-based development.
