HiL and Modern Automotive Development

Abstract

The various ECUs found in modern cars are often provided by different suppliers, so their development status is not always aligned with the overall vehicle. Thus, more and more manufacturers are employing flexible HiL platforms from VI-grade in order to be able to validate these systems in the scope of the full vehicle, even in the early development phases
