The absorption edge changed toward longer wavelengths and as growth temperature increased, the average absorbance also increased. Abstract

The simplest chemical spray approach has been used to grow the zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorods (NRs). For spraying, a basic perfume automizer was employed.
