All isolated strains produced protease and lipase by only 3 strains. Butter is stored in cold temperature at 4o C. In such environment Pseudomonas aeruginosa cells are under inhibitory effects of low temperatures but they can survive. Inhibitory effects in milk cultures (cream and yogurt) have been observed in some cases of contamination of milk products with Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
