Analysis of methods for evaluating innovative projects

Abstract

The article provides a detailed analysis of the concept of "innovative project", concludes that innovative projects are investment innovative projects that have an innovative product as the final result. The dynamics of indicators of innovation activity of Russian organizations presented in the article, as well as the positions of the main components of Russia in terms of the global innovation index, allowed us to conclude that the innovation activity of Russian organizations is poorly evaluated. To solve this problem, the article recommends using modern methods of innovative project management and applying the most appropriate methods of predictive evaluation of their effectiveness. The research conducted in the article on the methods of evaluating innovative projects allowed us to conclude that they can be broadly divided into social and commercial. The paper proposes a universal algorithm for evaluating innovative projects, which will improve the efficiency of managerial decision-making in the field of innovation.
