Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to improve the theoretical system of teacher's intelligent training, build a teacher's intelligent training platform, build an intelligent training course resource and establish a teacher's intelligent training mechanism. This article mainly uses the methods of investigation and interviews to analyze the status quo of teachers' professional development, existing problems, and research needs.
