Abstract
Positron annihilation parameters with three simplified dislocation core models are calculated. The positron annihilation effect at a dislocation line is mainly contributed by the dislocation core. The positron annihilation effects at pure dislocation lines are large enough to be measurable though they are much weaker than at vacancies.
