Work analysis is the foundation of the system of organization human resources administration.It can be divided into work-orientation tool,worker-orientation tool and cognition task analysis tool.The selection of work analysis tool by enterprises should consider their objective,cost and work characteristics etc.The process of work analysis includes definite objective,searching background information,selecting work sample etc.
