Abstract

In order to provide a Marx generator with pulses with a leading edge less than 30ns and a half-width greater than 200ns, the circuits of Marx generator type flip-flop, pulse transformer type flip-flop and capacitor fast discharge type flipflop are studied, and the effects of circuit parameters on output pulses are analyzed. On this basis, three kinds of triggers are designed and simulation models are established, and the optimal scheme is selected by comparing the simulation results.
三种高压纳秒触发器方案的设计与比较
