A bacterial strain SYSHHJ1 using cyclohexane as the sole source of carbon and energy was obtained by synergistic domestication culture. And then effect of growth conditions such as culture times, cyclohexane mass concentration, pH, salt concentration and temperature on strain SYSHHJ1 is studied, and orthogonal experiment is designed, the optional culture conditions of the strain were obtained as: culture time is 84∼108 h, cyclohexane mass concentration is 480mg·L−1, pH is 6, salt concentration is 10g·L−1, temperature is 30°C.
