Abstract

Several thermal procedures have been studied to obtain the highest sensitivity with the lowest standard deviation. A thermal annealing at 400°C for 2 h has been found to be the best. It seems, however, that different thermal procedures suggested by other workers could be attributed to the different heating and cooling rates in the annealing procedures themselves.
