(2) The cognitive competence of learners has increased by 14.29% in cycle 1 of 75% and cycle 2 of 89.29%. (3) The effect ive competence of learners has increased by 40% in cycle 1 by 53% and cycle 2 by 93%. Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the activeness of students after applying the Problem Based Learn ing method in volleyball games and 2) knowing the improvement of learn ing outcomes of students after applying the Problem Based Learning method in volleyball games.
