This article in the understanding of equipment condition monitoring and early warning technique on the basis of the concept and application of, according to the existing equipment condition monitoring of a variety of methods, using L D I S C and S B R two forms of equipment running status in real time forecast and analysis, in order to clear theory of artificial intelligence and data mining technology in the application of machine condition monitoring value.
