The microchip laser and the OPO wafers are assembled using a novel process and the micro-OPO is cut using a dicing saw. Abstract
We present a new concept for mass production of micro-OPO's pumped with microchip lasers. Microchip lasers are compact and simple diode-pumped solid-state lasers.
