THE MATERIAL CORE OF THE SLOVAK CONSTITUTION AND ITS PERSPECTIVES

Abstract

The aim of the Article is to clarify, if the Slovak constitutional system contains constitution based on material core. Were there any important changes dealing with this constitutional concept? The purpose of this paper is to offer an answer to the questions by outlining a short overview of constitutional development especially in the field of discovering the material core of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic and its turbulent development.
