The possibilities of therapeutic exercise in the elderly with hypertension

Abstract

The global nature of the world‘s aging population necessitates the search for ways to preserve and maintain active longevity in the elderly. The aim of the study is to analyze the possibilities of therapeutic exercise for older people and the elderly with hypertension in the conditions of nursing homes. During the course of this study it was found that exercise therapy has a positive effect on the main physiological parameters in elderly people with hypertension, which proves the need to use this method as a non-drug stage in complex rehabilitation.
