Based on a variety of measurement signal data in the near ground LOS scenario, with the signal frequency ranging from 3 GHz to 8 GHz, this paper studies the near-ground TOA ranging error variation characteristics with the bandwidth and transmission distance. Also a statistical near-ground path-loss model of ultra-wide bandwidth channel is built, with diverse antenna height, bandwidth and transmission distance.
