This treatment was combined with the application of activated charcoal at 4 different levels, with concentrations of 0.1,2.3 g/L-1, the parameters observed were germination day (day), germination percentage (%), and percentage of contamination (%). The native orchid Coelogyne rochussenii de Vriese is under threat of extinction, so conservation measures need to be taken.
