Abstract

Education is based on teachers. Through the investigation of the professional development support of double-qualified teachers in five higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province, it is found that there is a disconnection between the content of continuing education and the needs of teachers in the professional development support of double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges. The performance mechanism of double-qualified teachers is not perfect, the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate double-qualified teachers is not perfect, and the double-qualified teachers are lack of long-term effectiveness. 新时期高职院校双师型教师专业发展支持体系研究——以湖南省高职院校为例
教育以教师为基础。通过对湖南省五所高职院校双师型教师专业发展支持情况的调查发现,高职院校双师型教师专业发展支持中,继续教育的内容与教师的需求存在脱节。双师型教师的绩效机制不完善,校企合作培养双师型教师的机制不完善,双师型教师缺乏长效。提出了新时期高职双师型教师专业发展的继续教育、绩效激励、校企合作培训和师徒结对支持机制建设策略。
