PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI PROGRAM BEDAH RUMAH TIDAK LAYAK HUNI OLEH BAZNAS

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses dan produk pemberdayaan masyaraakat melalui program bedah rumah tidak layak huni oleh Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) di Desa Seuat Kecamatan Petir Kabupaten Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftik kualitatif dengan anaalisi menggunakan teori evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program bedah rumah kampung BAZNAS dinilai dari sisi proses dan produk program telah mencapai tujuan dengan tersedianya hunian yang layak bagi mustahik, yang selanjutnya berdampak pada meningkatnya kesejahteraan penerima manfaat program bedah rumah kampung BAZNAS. Adapun dari sisi input program terdapat kekuragan dari sisi pendanaan. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Masyarakat, Rumah Tidak Layak Huni, Kesejahteraan MasyarakatAbstract The purpose of this study was to find out the processes and products of community empowerment through the renovation of uninhabitable houses by the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Seuat Village, Petir District, Serang Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with analysis using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation theory. The results showed that the BAZNAS village house renovation program was assessed from the process and product side of the program having achieved its goals by providing proper housing for mustahik, which in turn had an impact on increasing the welfare of the beneficiaries of the BAZNAS village house renovation program.
